'I wish' .... My pet could talk because I have been dying to know _____!

Bentley boy if you could talk mommy would really like to know...

Why do you have to pee uncontrollably everywhere when someone new comes over?????

Or why do you go to the bathroom in the bath tub when we aren't home?

Sometimes I think you are human and you know everything I am saying...do you really know or what is it?

If you could talk I would really wonder sometimes what you are trying to say b/c you already carry on a good conversation with me in the mornings, or at night, or anytime you you want more attention!

Weekend w/ Presley

This past weekend we had Presley so I just wanted to share some pictures I took of her while she was here. We had so much fun! Not to mention she is such a big girl now and such a big help! We went and shopped Saturday morning for Fall decor. Then we came home and she helped me decorate the house! She is such a big helper!

Then Saturday night we went out to eat with our new neighbor Cassie and her daughter Ella. Ella is the same age as Presley so they became best friends fast! Everytime Presley comes to visit that's all she talks about is Ella, and when the next time she is going to play with her. They love playing with each other and doing everything just the same. Here she is getting ready to go to dinner with Ella!

She is growing up so fast...tear.....but she is such a sweetheart! I love her so much!!!!

On Sunday we went to watch Ella's soccer game! Presley was her biggest fan! We had such a good time out there! I have always said I can't wait to be a "soccer mom"! I love it! I just have so much fun when I get to go watch my neices or friends kids.

Show Us Your Life- Favorite Dessert

Kelly's Korner is doing your Favorite Dessert this week. I have to say that I love making AND eating Cream Cheese Sopillas! They are AMAZING!!! And might I say a bit sinful! You can't just have one bite, try this and you will thank me later! My college roomate's mom would make these for us and we would eat them right up! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!

CREAM CHEESE SOPAPILLA


MELT ¼ STICK OF REAL BUTTER IN BOTTOM OF A 9 X 13 PAN.

PLACE ONE CAN CRESCENT ROLLS OVER MELTED BUTTER. SEAL THE CRESCENT ROLL TO TRY AND ELIMINATE ANY HOLES.

USING A MIXER, MIX 2- 8 OZ. BOXES OF CREAM CHEESE AND ONE CUP OF SUGAR. SPREAD OVER CRESCENT ROLL.

PLACE ONE CAN CRESCENT ROLL OVER THE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE.

MIX ONE STICK OF MELTED BUTTER TO ONE CUP SUGAR AND SPREAD OVER CRESCENT ROLL.

SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.

YUM.

Katie Mae Turns 5

This past Saturday I went out to my niece's 5th bithday party! She was all dolled up and ready to celebrate with Hello Kitty! She is very stylish and loves to dress up and be sassy! They had a pinata, food, presents and lots of little girls to play with!

Show Us Your Life- Dinner Recipes

Kelly's Korner is hosting her Show Us Your Life and this Friday is your favorite Dinner Recipes! I enjoy making this recipe. It is quick and easy! And Yummy!

Bruschetta Chicken Bake

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with the basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

Fall is coming...

I am loving every bit of this weather! I can not wait for Fall to be here! I love everything about it! I hope it doesn't get in the 90's anymore! I have had enough of those hot and dry days! Come on Fall!!!!

Sunday was the day we gave Bella, our baby female yorkie, a new home. I am very sad, but something good will come out of it. She is going to a good home where she will get so much more attention and lots of love. Not that we didn't but if we want to add something else to the fam....it would be easier! We love you Bella girl and will miss you!

We were eating at this restaurant called Boudro's and it was amazing!!! I loved it! I had a Blackened Prime Rib! Yum!!! Justin had a Lobster dish that was to die for also!!! I get hungry just thinking about it again! HA!

We went to SeaWorld on Saturday. It was my first time and it was really fun! I wanted to ride all the roller coasters but the hubbs was not even going there! We watched all the shows and that was pretty neat!

I had to take a picture of this because Justin has been talking about ice cream all week . So right when we got on the Riverwalk we had lunch and this was next to the place we were eating at. So of course I had to take a pic!

We stayed here at the Drury Plaza. It was so nice and so was everyone there! We had a wonderful buffet breakfast every morning with lots of food!

One Year Anniversary!

Well it looks like we made it through our first year of marriage!!! It was great and I look foward to having many more years to come! We are going to celebrate our anniversary down in San Antonio. We got ourselves a hotel on the Riverwalk and we are just going to go and enjoy each other! I am so excited!

Also, as you can see this is my first blog post! Woohoo can't wait to get it going and share all the fun and exciting news of The Janacek's!
